Turn AI from a generic chatbot into a tool that knows your business, voice, and style. By the end of this course, you’ll have your first automated workflow up and running.
$495 NZD · 4 × 1-hour online sessions
Manual work still takes too long. But what you're getting back from AI is slop that needs a full rewrite. Prompt → copy → paste → edit → repeat. You're sick of it.
You've seen the headlines on agents. You know there's more a better way to be using AI but you don't have time to piece together workflows from YouTube videos and tips from social posts.
If you've been watching you, or your team produce output you wouldn't put your name on, the foundation underneath your AI use is what's missing.
AI quality is a direct reflection of setup, skills, and the context you give it. Without those three things in place, you're leaving time, money, and innovation on the table.
Set up so AI knows your business, voice, and style. Bye bye massive prompt libraries, loosing chats, and long chat threads.
You do the last 10–30%, not rewrite the whole thing. Get quality out puts you want to put your name on.
Set up your first project, so AI becomes part of how you work and not just a separate tool you remember to open.
Learn what to hand off to AI and what to keep for yourself. Gain the skill of delegating well and quality-controlling what comes back.
You will set up one simple automated workflow in Claude Co-work, this is your bridge into the next stage of what becomes possible.
The tools will keep changing, the foundations won't. This thinking applies whether you're in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or whatever comes next.
Each session builds on the last. By week four you're not just using AI, your running it while you take a walk!
Configure Claude so it knows your business, voice, and brand style. Get your first project running so the chat window stops handing you generic answers and starts sounding like you.
Wire Claude into the tools your work already runs through: calendar (read only mode), Slack, Google Chat, the apps you're in every day. * I will guide you through what to share with AI and what to keep private.
Learn how to work alongside AI as a collaborator, not a search engine. Develop the skill of delegating well, quality-controlling what comes back, and knowing what not to hand over. This is where fluency becomes second nature.
What becomes possible once you're fluent. You'll build your first automation with Claude Cowork and bridge into the next stage, now, on top of a foundation that's solid.
If you know you need an AI foundation but haven't found a starting point worth your time yet, this is built for you.
Who want to understand the tools themselves, so they grasp the impact the AI workforce will have on their team structure and growth.
Told to "sort out our AI strategy" and accountable for delivering something measurable.
With no roadmap for how to start, this is that roadmap.
Running every part of their business and looking to win back meaningful hours each week.
Looking to build a new skill set, and re-enter the workforce with an edge.
Curious about what AI means for the world and keen to engage with it confidently, at their own pace.
If you're looking for 50 prompts to memorise, an AI engineering course, or an overnight transformation, this isn't it. What you do with the foundation after is where the value compounds.
The course is taught on Claude. You will need a paid Pro Subscription. Instructions on getting set up will be sent before we start.
Laptop or desktop computer with a key board.
At least one hour of implementation between sessions to cement what you're learning. *Use AI everyday if you can!

The platforms change, but the foundation doesn't. Knowing how to prompt well, set up a workspace that knows your business, and think about what to hand to AI applies whether you're in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or whatever comes next. The cost of waiting isn't neutrality, it means falling further behind while your competitors close the gap.
If you're working with a blank-slate AI that knows nothing about your business or voice, you'll get generic output. One of the first things we do in AI Foundations is build a workspace that knows your business. Once that's in place, the quality of what comes back changes entirely. My rule of thumb: 10–30% of any brand-related deliverable must remain human.
This is 4 hours across 4 weeks, plus one extra hour of implementation per week. You can piece this together through YouTube videos and free information, but it will take you much longer. My recommendation: invest in the skillset to move forward. If this doesn't feel like the right fit, find something that does, so you don't delay fluency.
No. AI Foundations is built for business users, not developers. You don't need to know what a terminal is.
This course is taught on Claude only. At this stage, the output and connections on Claude are more user-friendly than ChatGPT for this kind of work. There's a very easy way to get your data from ChatGPT into Claude, I'll send you instructions before the course starts.
The four sessions develop AI foundations that serve across any business. If your team needs something more tailored, the Business Consultancy engagement is built specifically around your business, workflow, and team's challenges.
